There are many pre-cut holes that have to line up in order to put this item together. In 2 places - 1 on the table and 1 on a chair - ours were not aligned properly.
There was no other way to line them up, yet the two holes were about 1/2 " off and there was no way the screw would go through. Luckily...

There was no other way to line them up, yet the two holes were about 1/2 " off and there was no way the screw would go through. Luckily we had a sawsall and were able to extend the holes and complete the assembly.
The assembly instructions were also actually missing a couple of items (such as the back legs of the chairs!). At any rate, once they were put together, the set is very nice and sturdy and exactly what we were hoping for.
The bronze finish, ease of assembly and sturdiness make this an excellent product. This product is great for short people!
A very nice set! I wanted cast aluminum as it is maintenance free and holds up well. This is a dark brown, with a shiny finish. It is perfect for a smaller space- the chairs tuck under nicely.
I am 63 and had no troubles putting it together. All the hardware was supplied- they even provided a few extra washers and nuts. There is a screwdriver included and a little wrench too.
I ended up using a nut driver instead of the wrench- much faster and easier. I suggest putting the chairs together like an assembly line. I noticed some people say the holes don’t line up.
I learned not to tighten as you assemble- put the whole thing together first and just hand screw it, then go back and tighten. The table was a BREEZE- easier than the chairs!
I think the set is a good value!
These are very attractive, sturdy chairs, and they look great in my garden. The price was very reasonable. However, for older people (my husband and me), they were difficult to assemble, especially the arm assembly to the back.
The drawing doesnt make it clear which side the arm fits on, and how the screw and nut go on. Overall, Im very pleased with them, but dont assume that the assembly is a piece of cake.
Table and 4 chairs were delivered in 3 boxes. Each component was bubble wrapped and arrived in excellent condition.
Kinger supplied tiny wrench and screwdriver which I did not use as it would have taken too long to assemble and probably couldnt get the connections sufficiently tight.
Have a 10mm and 13mm socket wrench and Phillips head screwdriver ready for relatively easy assembly. All bolts get covered by plastic snap on pieces so the finish looks good.
The non-stackable chairs provide good back support and probably fit individuals under 6 tall best. We have just purchased the set and dont know how well it will hold up to weather but we expect it to last.
