How to make a Cleaver Knife with a Angle Grinder and some basic tools. We made this knife using only an angle grinder, drill, orbital sander and dremal grinder. The project started with a knife blank from www.DIYeasycrafts.com. The knife blanks are perfect for beginner knife makers. They are 1095 high carbon steel and come pre cut and drilled. This short how-to knife making video will show beginner knife makers all the steps needed to complete a similar knife making project.

Self adhesive vinyl decals were cut using a craft cutting machine and then the blade designs were etched into the high carbon steel using a very simple process and a 12 volt battery charger. This etching process will be covered on a separate video.
