In this short how to video Dan Berg from www.Bergknifemaking.com demonstrated how he cast Flame Knife scales with TotalBoat Thick Set resin. These handles or scales are cast without the use of a pressure pot. Dan cut a mold plug out of resin and then made a silicone from the mold plug.
