Banana Bread Muffins

Recipe:

2 1/2 Cups white or white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup vegetable shortening
1 cup sugar & 1 cup brown sugar
3 over ripe bananas
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon banana liqueur or dark rum

Preheat over to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit

Powdered Sugar Icing Ingredients

1 Cup sifted powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon of milk
(add additional milk in teaspoon increments until "drizzling" consistency)
