The delivery was smooth and there were no problems with the tub or shipment, but keep in mind that it is curbside delivery. One important thing to note is that this hot tub has antifreeze in the lines, so it is important to fill and drain it before first use.
It also requires a 240 volt, 30 amp system with a single 2 stage pump and ozonator. One of the great features of this hot tub is the water feature which is a little waterfall and it adds a nice touch to the overall aesthetic.
However, there were a few minor issues such as a slight damage to the cover and a cracked jet. The heater was also not working initially due to low flow, but the manufacturer was responsive and sent a service tech to fix it.
The tech was knowledgeable and fixed the issue, although there is still a small leak until the new part for the jet arrives. One complaint I had was that the instructions were vague, so the Electrician I hired did not switch the jumper over until later.
