French Woman and Granddaughter violently attacked by Black Man in Bordeaux

This afternoon in Bordeaux, a French woman and her daughter (or granddaughter) were violently attacked and assaulted by a black-African man after just stepping out of their front door for no more than 10 seconds. The police have already apprehended the man, who is apparently already "well-known" to them.
