The Reverse Pec Deck is EASILY the most common exercise that I see people do for their Rear Delts & it’s definitely a decent exercise for doing so! All of these other movements also target the Rear Delts & I would HIGHLY recommend giving these a shot ✅

For those of you who are confused about the difference between the first & last movements, pay attention to the handle choice in each variation. I previously made a video on this topic, but your hand position affects the engagement of your rear delt fibers, so you actually want to swap out the commonly used pronated grip (palms down) for the neutral grip (palms facing each other) to get the most out of the movement (PMID: 23302754).

Tip: Your Rear Delt Fibers run diagonally at approximately 45 degrees, so pay attention to the form & execution of each movement to get the most accurate range of motion 👍🏼

I better not see any lagging Rear Delts after watching this video 👀
