The other religious beliefs in the world are fine with just pushing their doctrine, without caring about what the other beliefs are doing, but it is obvious that Islam was invented in order to counter the Christian faith, because they mostly will ignore trying to spread their own belief and will concentrate on attacking the Christian faith.
