62 year old East Peoria, Illinois Child Predator caught talking to/ sending Illicit photos to a 13 year boy!!

Caught sending illicit pictures and talking sexual on the phone to our 13 old male decoy. After trying to set up several meetings for a sexual rendevous, throughout the course of the three days we were in contact, including a meeting he backed out of Friday night, at the Golf Course by his house on Centenial drive. But the main problem, Kevin just couldn't stop sending pictures of himself. Along with very graphic text and phone calls. We finally pulled up on Kevin at his house Saturday afternoon June 10, 2023. He immediately left in his car with his wife, but quickly jumped on the phone, trying to buy us off and everything else. After a long conversation he agrees to meet us at ICC for a conversaation, little did he know, the police were already on their way. They took him into custody. Tazewell County Sherrifs were quick and responsive, and appreciated the assist. Super professional deputy came out to the scene, and passed it to the detective from there and they took him into custody. This is why DAP does what they do !!! The video starts during the call.
