‘Operation Ukraine. Bandera's Dark Shadow’.
Today, there’s a boom of ‘Bandera-mania’ all across Europe, Canada and the United States. A museum named after Stepan Bandera welcomes visitors in the center of London. In a Canadian cemetery in Oakville the monument to the Ukrainian fascists, members of the 14th Waffen Galicia SS Division, who pledged allegiance to Hitler, is established.
The Western elite professes its love for Bandera. All this despite the fact that thousands were killed during World War II on his orders. Bandera is one of the most repulsive figures from Ukrainian history, the bearer of an ideology that he partially copied from the Fuhrer.
So why does the West put him on a pedestal today, while in Ukraine they make him a national hero? The answers are in the new film ‘Operation Ukraine. Bandera's Dark Shadow’.
