Happy Father’s Day!

Don’t use this day as an excuse to break your training routine or your diet.

There’s no excuses.

If you were training for a competition that’s on December 26th.

Would you give up all your training habits to relax and eat food the day before just because it’s Christmas?

Or would you stick to your habits?

The answer is simple.

You would stick to your habits.

Because if you lose that competition there’s no excuse.

If you tell people you lost because the day before was Christmas no one will care.

They will only care that you lost.

So make sure you train today!
