NON --ELECTED BODIES HAVE THE POWER OVER CHLORINATION, FLUORINATION of NZ's WATER.

After viewing Carl Bromley’s video today about the stench of chlorine coming from the Avon River in Christchurch I decided to do a bit of digging on this Chlorine stench problem myself. Christchurch Council have reported they have high quality drinking water
Christchurch Council have applied for several exemptions to stop chlorine being put into their water supply, but the tennis match goes on, so to speak. Obviously this appears to be a no win game for them, but why????
And why should you worry if you live in the North Island, well this video will tell you why?
