She is cognitively mature and developed enough neurologically, psychologically, yet she’s not going to get her tubes tied because even as an adult the doctor said “she may change her mind”.
Yet CHILDREN who are not cognitively developed, who are neurologically and psychologically IMMATURE are allowed to transition medically...
