In the 25 years since California voters banned all consideration of race in college admissions, the state has spent more than $500 million to help create diverse student bodies across the University of California system, with some success

-- The rate/percent of black attendance shouldn't be based on population since you have to graduate high school first. If less than half of black kids graduate the number that can apply to college would reflect that ratio. BTW affirmative action is the very definition and only systemic racism in this country. Enough of the tribalism democrats and quit wasting additional money on people who don't deserve to be or belong in college.
