80% of MULN stock is traded in the dark pool is this overwhelming evidence of fraud and corruption?

Why would 80% of any stock have to be traded in the dark pool? The only explanation in my opinion is to hide all the fraud and corruption that the bad actors are doing to illegally manipulate the price
