Heavy bag Workout #1 🥊

So many times when people are hitting the heavy bag they fall into the same combos over and over again. While this is good to drill over and over to get a particular combo you really have to switch to different combos and not fall into the same trap of repeating the same thing!

This inspired me to make a follow along heavy bag boxing workout video with live coaching. In this video, we will be doing 3 rounds of 1:30 of work and a 1 minute rest in between the rounds. I will be calling out the combos before you throw and we will repeat the combos 3x in a row before moving on to the next combo. The last 10s of the round we will do a punchout (watch the video to find out). The combos will appear on the screen as well.

Combos change after every set of 3
