EXPLORING A HAUNTED HILLFORT! | TUF Ep 4 Berry Castle Hillfort

This week we visit Berry Castle hillfort, a small Iron Age hilltop enclosure (formerly known as a hillfort) which is believed to be about 2600 years old.

This type of ancient monument is rare with around 150 examples recorded in Britain and the majority occurring in North Devon and North Cornwall.

They date to between the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age (eighth - fifth centuries BC)
