The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Sara Martens. She describes what happened to her husband soon after his accident. How he was treated in the hospital, and the heartbreaking moment she found out he was put on a ventilator without her knowledge. She spoke to him just a day before and believes he might have survived with other treatments. He was put into an induced coma, and her family was not allowed to see him until the very end. The death has traumatized her entire family.
