Blinken arrives in China for diplomatic talks

Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in China to initiate a diplomatic mission focused on improving communication between the two countries. Blinken and his Chinese counterpart are expected to discuss topics including the Ukrainian war, the future of Taiwan, and climate change, with this trip being rescheduled from last February after the Chinese balloon incident.
