King of Adana presents the historical richness and natural beauties of Karatas

The historical richness and natural beauties of Karataş district of Adana, which has 67 kilometres of coastline, were promoted by the social media phenomenon known as the "King of Adana".
Karataş Municipality took action to promote the ancient city of Magarsus, which dates back to the Hellenistic period, as well as the harbour, Akyatan, Ağyatan and Tuzla lagoons where sea turtles and blue crabs live.
For the promotion of the district, the municipality prepared a promotional video in which social media phenomenon Hüseyin Şen, known as the "King of Adana" with his crown and clothing, appeared in front of the camera.
Starting from the ancient city of Magarsus, the 4-minute and 19-second promotional video includes sunflower fields, harbour, tea garden in the district centre, Teacher İbrahim Sönmez Library, Karataş-Kumluk Nature Park.
Karataş Mayor Necip Topuz told AA correspondent that they are engaged in various activities to promote the district both at home and abroad, especially in terms of tourism.
