6/18/23 card: me first

I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, an aunt, a sister, a friend, a volunteer, an employee…I care about and care for so many other people on a daily basis and sometimes I forget to care for the most important one of all - me. I am reminded that you can’t pour from an empty cup. So may we all take a few moments each day to refill our cups by doing something kind for ourselves. We deserve it.
