Kelly Park at Rock Springs is a great Orange County, Florida park to camp, hike, tube and swim. The springs are 68 degrees year round. You can rent a tube or bring your own (five feet in length or width). Tube rentals are along the road outside the park. The park has a capacity so you may not be able to get into the part during the summer months unless you are there early.
