Strong winds were seen tearing the roof off a clinic in Toledo, Ohio, on June 15, as a confirmed tornado struck the area.

Footage recorded by Blake Loy in Point Place shows the roof of a Toledo Clinic office being ripped into the air, as debris is seen whipped around the street.

The Toledo Clinic said that due to the destruction of the building, “there may be patient medical records/protected health information scattered with other building debris.”

On Friday, the National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-2 tornado struck the area, reporting that it “was on the ground for about 4 minutes with estimated maximum peak wind gusts of 130 mph.”
