Be still know that I am God storms in our life storms we can’t control understand God is God God is in control of nature God is in control during war knowing God lessens fear God is a mighty helper God is powerful God’s strength

Psalm 46’s main point is slightly different to the mantra we have learnt. And this new piece of information makes it easier to Let Go ... Let God when storms hit you for 6! For as I learnt about the circumstances giving Psalm 46 its context ... its really Be Still - KNOW GOD!
