UPDATE. A lot of activity on twitter is showing many versions of the above story. Be it true or not, there are a few sources I will post here for your own research., which will lead you to more sources.

- We have confirmed with evidence that cities have been hacked, breached, poached. Gov has been also and it's been going on a while 2+ yrs overtly.

- Some cities have been in ransom-limbo for up to 3yrs and they won't pay - so payroll, transit, HR systems, and etc are in stasis.

Wave 1 - approx 17 major cities
Wave 2 - rolling server shutdowns to collapse internet
Wave 3 - 10 days to shutoff old / turn on new systems would be reasonable 'blackout'.

What is up with the TANKS on the streets and on the move in multiple cities? Lots of speculation on twitter, about cyber attacks... nothing concrete as yet. A lot of misinformation as well. Someone posted a photoshopped version with the signage changed to a foreign language, stating it isnt in the USA. Can you see the signage, Walnut St, One way, No turn on Red? This is definitely not a foreign country. Listen to the 8 min clip above and decide for yourself.
