Chaste Tris Full Screen

I have been working on a few things with Chaste Tris 2. It's just like the original game but in SDL and new experimental features. Now I can make the game go full screen which is super helpful for Twitch Streams where I share my entire desktop.

A lot of code had to be reconfigured to make it work in high-definition resolution of 1920x1080 as it had been hard coded to work in 1280x720.
