The details of the Istanbul Agreement between Russia and Ukraine have been published, but under pressure from Western countries and Great Britain, in particular, Kyiv refused.

According to it, it was supposed to provide security guarantees to Ukraine and establish the maximum number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:

▪️Armored combat vehicles 1029 units;
▪️519 artillery pieces;
▪️Mortars 147 units;
▪️MANPADS 608 units;
▪️Combat support aircraft 102 units;
▪️The number of armed forces is up to 85 thousand people;
▪️National Guard 15 thousand people
