The Chesterfield Mall, A Dead Mall In Chesterfield, Missouri. It's Gotten Far Worse & Is Set For Demolition. Let's Take A Look!

📚History:
- The Chesterfield Mall was Opened In 1976 & Is The Sister Mall To The Jamestown Mall In Florissant, Missouri. The Chesterfield Mall Opened With Two Anchor Stores: Sears & Stix, Baer & Fuller. The Chesterfield Mall Received Renovations In 1996 But, In 2000 The Four-Screen Cinema Closed. Also, In 2005 JCPenney Closed & Was Demolished, Which Would Be Replaced By Smaller Shops & Restaurants. After Increasing To Three Anchor Stores, Only Macy's Currently Remains At Chesterfield Mall Today. Recently In January 2021, The Chesterfield Mall Has Blocked Off The Former Sears & Dillard's Wings With Drywall. Unknown As The Reason Behind It. The Chesterfield Mall Was Sold In February 2020 & The New Owner Plans To Turn The Mall Into A Development Called "Downtown Chesterfield" Starting In 2021.
