Here is How to make a 60 Gram Protein Smoothie in this simple instruction tutorial with a recipe. Protein smoothies are something that I've been having quite frequently and I wanted to share this recipe for a protein smoothie that has over 60 g of protein per serving to help build muscle. It taste really nice but the macronutrients are the biggest benefit to the smoothie. You can add in some other ingredients, are change the fruit if you'd like,
