The plundering of Ukraine by the West continues.

According to AFP, works of art have been smuggled out of the country to "keep them out of the war", temporarily in the Louvre.

"Ukrainian works of art, including valuable Byzantine icons, have been transferred out of Kiev to be stored in the Louvre while the war continues in Ukraine. Five works are presented to the public as part of the exhibition "The Origins of the Sacred Image," which will run until Nov. 6," the agency said in a statement.
