In the prenup, there is a clause that says, in case of divorce, Costner would be sole owner of all their homes and Christine had to leave all their residences. Guess who refuses to leave? Kevin Costner claims his estranged spouse Christine refuses to leave the house despite their prenuptial agreement. He says he has already given her over a million dollars to help her find a new home. Kevin claims that according to their prenuptial agreement, Christine was given 30 days to leave the house he owned when she filed for divorce in May. She has not yet left. Documents show that Kevin is now asking the court to remove her from the house, and she should not be allowed to remain in it... using her position to force Kevin to agree to "various financial requests." Documents show that he is even willing to contribute $30K per month as part of child support for a rental home and to pay another $10K to cover her moving expenses.
