The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Patrick Allard, a home renovations business owner. He started his protests early in the pandemic, supporting the unvaxed, small businesses, and anybody negatively affected by the mandates. He posted online, organized protests, and held outdoor health gatherings. He was ticketed multiple times and arrested for posting on Facebook. His bail conditions prevented him from protesting, but he has never stopped fighting for justice.
