Stewardship and Investor Capital

Earlier today, my partners and I were walking through a large multifamily property and we decided to pause the walkthrough five minutes in. Why? We knew that the deal wasn't a good fit for us. On-site inspection revealed that the property needed a lot of construction work, more than we're prepared to do.

We told the brokers exactly what we were thinking. And then we asked them: What else do you have? Now we're scheduled to walk another property a few days from now.

Our team is very focused on delivering value for our investors, residents, and all other stakeholders. Delivering value means sifting through many deals and saying NO when such a response is called for. In the end, we deliver the following for our investors:
