The only thing you really need to know about what I'm doing in this fight is the first attack I do. The first Scorched Earth attack I am doing is being timed to hit the Phantom right as it starts its attack. This makes Scorched Earth do a lot of bonus damage. Plus using Freya's Sigils to benefit from Sigil Punishment makes ending the first phase very fast and easy. You have to stand the distance away from the Phantom that I am to make it use that specific attack. That attack makes it very easy to get that first hit in.

In the one clip where I start the fight off throwing spears at the ground I am doing that on purpose. If you throw the spears into the Runic Springs the game will despawn them. However if you throw them at the ground they will stay. The spears detonation does less damage this way so keep that in mind. Other then that there really isn't anything else to this.
