Enjoy this free workout with me :) A quick and easy 10 Minute Upper-Body HOME Workout with Dumbbells. It was very hot this day so excuse my sweating 😂 you can fall along at your own pace, and even pause this video if you need to. You can most likely complete this whole work out with the same weeds like I did, and I'm just using a very light loadable dumbbell with no weights on it. I suffered a very bad peg tear a few years ago and I've had multiple surgeries so I have to be very careful when I'm doing upper body workouts. I hope you have fun with this quick and easy work out that you can do from the comfort of your own home. ENJOY!
