I was out in the shed yesterday working on the string trimmer seeing the weather was cloudy and rainy, I spent a while trying to figure out to remove the center screw under the spool head to remove the assembly because I wanted to swap out to a cutting head but no matter what tool I tried nothing worked in the center hole of the screw to be able to unscrew it and remove the assembly, I eventually learned why and also learned more about how the trimmer works as I took apart anything that would come apart

If I would have done a couple things differently I could have had the project done in just a few minutes, I'll show you what I mean, tell you what problems I had, and what I learned so you don't go through what I did ;-)
