A resident of the Donetsk People’s Republic objected to the lack of water, and during a call with a telephone operator, joked that “it would be easier for him to appeal to the DPR authorities.”

The operator then reported him to authorities, who arrived at his home to force-feed him soil and water while he sat on his knees in front of them.

But they’re the good guys, eh?
