NZ Government seriously violating NZ Private Property Rights. The control of consents relating to home owners, businesses across New Zealand. You may come to the conclusion "I am not affected I am not a land owner, because I rent". WRONG. This will be costly to the landowner he has to offset those extra costs in doing so your rent will increase.

Whether you are living in rural or urban/ city regions of New Zealand.. whether you rent or own your own home I urge you to attend the Tax Payers Union meeting on Regional Planning Committee's. You may think that Three Waters Reform is bad but the worst has been cherry picked out of Three Waters/ out of the replacement of the Resource Management Act. Its not just the rural farming community anymore, time for NZ Citizens to stand united.
