Most motherboard manufacturers on default settings are for higher performance and above intel default settings
Go to Advanced Bios Settings (F2)
Click tab Tweeker and then click Advanced CPU Settings
Go down and select Turbo Power Limits and choose Intel POR
This sets power to Intel Default settings.
