Greetings to everybody. 😄Even with the beach and the music, I swear to you I am not in Colombia. It is only a rumour. 😂 I got up at three this morning and out for a dawn run in my bare feet at five. I eventually made it to 16 km; I wanted to go further, but it was humid and there was no breeze; I perspired, and for the first time ever, my palms were sweaty. So running 16 km barefoot is fantastic. I adore you all. Guy ❤️❤️❤️
