Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoe Casserole
2 one-pound bag frozen Hashbrowns
24 oz Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Soften or Melted Butter
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Small Onion Chopped
3 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (set aside 1 cup to sprinkle on top)
Salt and Pepper for taste
