Thaumcraft 5 Tutorial - Part 3 - Thaumcraft World Gen

Mod Name - Thaumcraft 5 for Minecraft 1.8

Tutorial Topic - I cover All the different world gen items that Thaumcraft adds to the world. Here are the topics i cover. Greatwood trees with and without spiders. Don't forget to collect the loot under the spider tree. Silverwood tress and shimmerleaf plants. Silverwood trees rarely drop saplings and have a chance of spawning a pure node. The 2 biomes that thaumcraft adds are magical forest and tainted land. Magical forest has visrooms. They're a good source of aurum. Tainted land is awful and hard to clean up. Be careful of that tainted chicken. Cinderpearls spawn in the desert and are a good source of blaze powder. They're easy to see at night. eldritch obelisks have hard mobs around them. avoid them when you're starting out. they do have some good drops. Crypts have sinister nodes and 2 spawners in them. Lots of loot in the bottom but what out for the TNT trap. Crystals for each of the primary aspects. You can find them in caves. The 2 ores are amber and cinnabar. cinnabar ore gets smelted into quicksilver. Aura nodes are invisible without the goggles of revealing.
