Alex Schadenberg is the Executive Director of The Euthanasia Prevention Coalition (EPC). He also serves as the E.P.C. International Chair. Mr. Schadenberg has been Executive Director since July 1999 and Chairperson for EPC-International since November 2007. He has authored articles published in newspapers world-wide and maintains the world's most widely-read blog on issues related to euthanasia and assisted suicide. He lives in "The Death Capital of The World," Canada.

Mr. Schadenberg co-produced "The Euthanasia Deception" documentary (2016) and "Fatal Flaws: Legalizing Assisted Death" (2018) with Kevin Dunn (DunnMedia). He published the book, "Exposing Vulnerable People to Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide" which was re-printed by Connor Publishing in Australia.

Mr. Schadenberg has been invited to speak in Australia, Scotland, New Zealand, Hungary, Switzerland, Belgium and Italy as well as in many U.S. states. He has been honored with the Archbishop Adam Exner Award for Catholic Excellence in Public Life by the Catholic Civil Rights League for his ongoing advocacy against euthanasia and assisted suicide.

Last year in the U.S., the Vermont legislature expanded their assisted suicide law by permitting assisted suicide being prescribed by "telehealth" (without physically meeting or examining the patient). The Canadian government has delayed the implementation of euthanasia for mental illness alone until March 2024.
