Dem Rep Jayapal Dodges On Who's Paying For 'Free College For All'

Hillary Vaughn: “Is it really free?”

Jayapal: “Well, it is really trying to insure that families, the majority of families, earning up to $125,000 for an individual or 250 for family are able to access higher education.”

Hillary Vaughn: “Is part of it paid through a tax on Wall Street, individual stock transactions?”

Jayapal: “We didn’t put that in, but yeah, certainly there are lots of different ways to pay for it. We don’t suffer from scarcity.”
