There’s only so much disposable income people have available and when wages aren’t rising at the same pace as their monthly expenses, they’re squeezed as life becomes harder and confidence naturally evaporates.

Here I share a few key thoughts about what’s truly happening and the changes agents need to make in their business immediately in order to weather the storm.
