Biological Aging vs Chronological Aging - COVID-19 update 51

Age is one of the primary risk factors for COVID-19 severity outcomes but aging is not the same between people and can be distinguished as biological aging vs chronological aging effects. We discuss how biological aging plays role in COVID-19 predisposition and we top it up with the unusual concept of how longevity can be enhanced with an optimistic attitude. We introduce a biological aging genetic test that could be used to monitor the impact of healthy lifestyle modifications (see our survey below).
