Here is Part 2 of a 6 part series on constructing our first Tornado Shelter designed and built out of Railroad Ties. Each day has been at least 95 degrees and it is taking a toll on Julie and I. We have a time restraint on the backhoe rental which keeps us out working into the triple digit temperatures.
