How To Rehydrate After Training
Grappling sports such as BJJ cause an athlete to sweat like crazy! I feel the combat sports athletes who train, could be training a lot more if they hydrated quicker and more efficiently. This protocol for hydration has increased my recovery time and allows me to train more often during the week from my own experience using it. Hopefully this video helps you in rehydrating after training such sports like BJJ. OSS.
