840 Customs spends a day forge training with Sam from Stone Ridge Metal Works

Sam from Stone Ridge Metal Works graciously invited the 840 crew out to his home forge to show us the process and get us familiar with the tools. Sam is an extraordinary young man from Layton, Utah building a small business crafting high quality fixed blade knives. He makes good use of his garage based forging space and is slowly collecting better and better tools.
