Tampa Bay attorney's murder case takes a turn: Plastic surgeon files Motion to Dismiss Indictment

In this video, I revisit the murder case of Tampa Bay-area attorney Steven Cozzi. Florida plastic surgeon Tomasz Kosowski has now been indicated by a grand jury for first degree murder, and the State has filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty. To date, Mr. Cozzi's body has not been found. Last week, Dr. Kosowski's defense filed a Motion to Dismiss Indictment and Motion To Set Bond. I go over these motions and provide my initial thoughts.
